| » Scheduling an Appointment |
With spa service bookings, every effort will be made to honor requests for specific team members, however, we cannot guarantee availability in that regard. Due to the length of some spa packages, advance reservations are important. For multiple services or package reservations a 50% pre-paid deposit by credit card at the time of reservation is required. Please note the 5 day cancellation policy with multiple reservations. |
| » Arrival at the Salon Spa |
in order to fully benefit from our facility, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for all Salon Spa services. Please note: Late comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments. |
| » Personal Comfort |
Your comfort is important. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or to wear undergarments for spa visits. Please leave all valuable items at home. Z Place Salon Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. |
| » Children at the Salon Spa |
Because of our utmost respect for your comfort, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children to the Salon Spa unless they are receiving services. |
| » To Maintain a Peaceful Environment |

| » Health Issues |
We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or challenges to your health status prior to any spa treatments to ensure optimal programming for your needs, and to be sure our treatments do not in any way interfere with any medical issues you may have. We at Z Place Salon Spa are greatly concerned for the well being of our guests |
| » Regarding Cancellations |
Z Place Salon Spa requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for single Salon Spa Services. For multiple services or package reservations, we require a 5 day cancellation notice. For multiple services or package bookings, 50% of the total price of all services booked is charged as a deposit. This deposit will not be refunded with short cancellations (less than 5 days) |
